Adding an Incoming Parcel

  1. Click Incoming in the top-right corner.

  2. Select the Building and Apartment Number from the dropdown lists.

  3. Choose the Recipient (automatically generated from the apartment selection).

  4. Enter any general information—this will appear in the member’s app.

  5. Add parcel details such as description, count, colour, courier, and location (for internal use).

  6. Edit the notification message and choose Push, SMS, or Email notifications.

  7. Review the Collected By name and update if needed.

  8. Optionally, add a comment to the recipient (e.g., “Please collect your parcel from the concierge desk”).

  9. Select the staff member recording the parcel.

  10. Upload an image if required (management use only).

  11. Click Add Parcel to save.

Once added, the parcel will appear under Incoming Hold, and a notification will be sent to the member.
