# Early September 2026 Fortnightly Release Notes
Hi everyone,
We're pleased to share our latest Keyvision updates. This release focuses on improving reliability and validation across the platform, with fixes spanning Bookings, User Profiles, Email Setup, Groups & Clubs, and more, along with several improvements to keep your data accurate and your workflows running smoothly.
### **Resolved Issues**
#### Improved Deletion Handling
Resolved an issue where deleting a building, company, or stage did not properly remove its associated apartments, departments, or addresses. These associated records are now correctly marked as deleted when the parent record is deleted.
#### Scheduled Maintenance: Custom Monthly Repeat Options
Resolved an issue where the Repeat On options could not be selected when setting a scheduled maintenance item to a custom monthly repeat.
#### Web app comment timestamps inconsistent with dashboard and mobile app
Fixed an issue where timestamps on comments in Groups & Clubs posts displayed inconsistently across platforms. Comment timestamps on the web app now match those shown on the mobile app and dashboard.
#### Backend validation for user and location details
We've added checks to make sure tickets are always created with valid user and location details. On the dashboard, the user and location must match existing records, and on the mobile and web apps, the user's apartment, department, or address must be valid. This keeps ticket information accurate and prevents errors caused by incorrect details.
#### User Profile: Improved validation when adding or editing users
We've improved how building and location fields work when adding or editing a user. These fields now only allow valid options from the list, preventing an incorrect apartment or department from being saved. You'll see a clear message if a selection is needed, and the location options update to match your chosen building, making it easier to pick the right values.
#### Scheduled facilities no longer appear in Add Booking search
Fixed an issue where scheduled facilities were incorrectly showing up in the facility filter and the Add Booking search on the Bookings page. Scheduled facilities are now excluded from these areas, as they're meant to be booked through Scheduled Bookings.
#### Email Setup: Fixed building allocation when only one building is selected
Fixed an issue on the Email Setup page where allocating a single building to a staff email wouldn't save correctly. Selecting one building now saves and displays as expected, both when adding and editing a staff email.
#### Featured Items: Limit of 6 now enforced for Newsfeed, Surveys/Polls, and Online Forms
Fixed an issue where more than 6 items could be featured in the Newsfeed, Surveys/Polls, and Online Forms modules. A maximum of 6 featured items is now enforced across these modules, with the star icon greying out once the limit is reached, consistent with the Local Area module.
#### Reserved Bookings: Fixed incorrect availability count on time slots
Fixed an issue where the availability count for reserved booking time slots displayed incorrectly, showing fewer bookings than actually existed. Time slots now accurately reflect the number of approved bookings against the available capacity.
