June 2026 Release Notes
Hi everyone,
We are pleased to share our June platform update. This release focuses on improved security, facility booking enhancements, reporting updates, and dashboard usability improvements.
Release highlights
• Facility booking screen integration
• Mobile App 2.1.0 release with API 2 migration
• Groups & Clubs file upload security update
• User Management – email address edit from dashboard
What’s new
Booking Screen Integration
Facility bookings can now be made more easily using an on-site screen or panel.
The screen displays the facility’s availability and includes a QR code that users can scan with their phone camera. Once scanned, users are directed straight to the facility booking page in the app, making it quicker and easier to complete a booking.
Reserved Booking Cancellation Notifications
Dashboard users can now receive an automated email notification when a reserved facility booking is cancelled. This helps management teams stay informed of booking changes without needing to manually check the dashboard.
Improvements
Mobile App 2.1.0 Release (API2)
The update includes the migration from our previous API (API 1) to our latest API version (API 2), which provides improved security, better account management, and supports future platform enhancements.
User Management – Email Address Updates from Dashboard
Dashboard users can now update a user’s email address directly from the Keyvision dashboard.
Groups & Clubs File Upload Restriction
File uploads within Groups & Clubs have been updated to only allow supported file types on both the mobile app and web app. Allowed file types are now limited to JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF.
This update helps improve platform security by preventing unsupported file types from being uploaded.
Scheduled Maintenance Reporting Improvements
Scheduled Maintenance reports have been improved to provide more complete CSV exports. The export now includes additional reporting fields and better supports recurring maintenance items, giving management teams a more complete view when reviewing or analysing scheduled maintenance data.
Email Print Option
Emails in Communication Management now include a print option. This allows dashboard users to easily print email records from the Emails section when a hard copy or offline reference is needed.
Resolved issues
List Sorting
We have fixed an issue where some list sorting buttons were not responding as expected across the platform. Users can now sort applicable lists more reliably, making it easier to organise and review information in the dashboard.
Building Keys Log Comment
We have resolved an issue where a previous key sign in or sign out comment could incorrectly appear in the Building Keys Log when the comments field was left blank. The log will now only display a comment when one has been entered.
Scheduled Maintenance PDF Upload
PDF files with uppercase file extensions, such as .PDF, can now be uploaded to Scheduled Maintenance successfully.
Imported Event 'Organiser Details'
HTML tags no longer appear in the Organiser Details field for imported events in the Event Calendar. Organiser details now display correctly.
Help Centre Ticket Information
Help Centre tickets now display the correct ticket and submitter details more consistently, making it easier for dashboard users to review and manage support requests.
Offline Member Registration
Offline members can now continue registration without being blocked by an “Account already exists” message when moving to Pending status. Further refinements are planned for additional edge cases.
Keys and FOBs
Keys and FOBs records now load more reliably, including key type details and selected order information.
Member Keys – Held Date
Member key’s Held Date is now retained when the status is changed from Held to Collected.
Coming soon
Over the coming months, we will continue expanding KeyVision’s integrations, access control options, communication workflows, and mobile app capabilities.
Upcoming work includes SSO login, KeyVision OAuth 2.0, iBag dry cleaning integration, SaltoKS, Salto Space, Vecos Lockers updates, Groundfloor support for multiple locker banks, and early work on Integriti access control integrations.
We are also progressing several client-facing updates, including improved email response handling through Graph API, an Event Calendar refresh, a Special Offers update, Mobile App 2.2.0 with booking payments and new push notifications, and enhanced member profile update logging across the app and dashboard.
Please note that upcoming items remain subject to final testing, release readiness, and project-specific configuration.
