Late August 2026 Fortnightly Release Notes

Hi everyone,

We’re pleased to share our latest Keyvision updates, including more flexible Help Desk and Bookings exports with 12-month history. This release also includes several Help Desk improvements, making ticket editing, email notifications, ticket links and reporting more reliable and user-friendly.

Improvements

Help Desk Ticket Export – 12-Month History

Member Management > Help Desk

The Help Desk ticket export now includes all tickets submitted within the last 12 months, removing the previous 500-ticket limit and providing a more complete history when exporting ticket data.

Bookings Export – 12-Month History

Place Management > Bookings

The Bookings export now includes all bookings from the last 12 months, removing the previous 500-booking limit and providing a more complete history when exporting booking data.

 Resolved Issues

Help Desk Ticket Edit Button Not Responding

The Help Desk ticket Edit button has been fixed and now opens the edit modal correctly, allowing the ticket status and other details to be updated.

Help Desk Ticket Editing for Dashboard Users

Help Desk tickets assigned to dashboard users can now be edited and updated correctly, even when the assigned user is not associated with the specific project.

Help Desk Ticket Creation – Duplicate Email Notifications

Help Desk ticket creation no longer sends duplicate email notifications. When a new ticket is created, only the "You have received a new help desk request" notification is sent, preventing the initial ticket description from triggering an unnecessary "new help desk response" email.

Help Desk Ticket Emails – Broken Hyperlink

The hyperlink in Help Desk Ticket email notifications has been fixed and now correctly directs users to the related ticket.

Help Desk Reporting – Zero Counters Display Correctly

Help Desk Reporting counters now display correctly when the total is 0, ensuring counters such as "All Open Tickets" show 0 instead of appearing incorrectly or not rendering.

Groups & Clubs – Member Posting and Engagement

Resolved an issue where members of Groups & Clubs were incorrectly unable to like, comment on or create posts. Members can now fully interact with group and club posts as expected.

Mobile App – All Services Button Restored

Resolved an issue where the All Services button was not displayed on the Menu page in app versions later than 2.1.0, despite Facilities & Services being enabled for the project. The button now displays correctly when the feature is enabled.
