Late July 2026 Fortnightly Release Notes
Hi everyone,
We’re pleased to share our latest Keyvision updates, including more secure email sending, improved search retention and greater control over Special Offer publishing. This release also includes several notification and reporting improvements.
Release highlights
This release introduces secure OAuth email sending through Microsoft 365 , advance publishing for Special Offers, and improved visibility of member profile changes. We have also refined booking and Help Desk notifications, key ordering availability, and contractor reporting.
What's new
OAuth / Office 365 for Email Sending
You can now choose how Keyvision sends email: SMTP (the existing method, using a mailbox username and password) or Microsoft Graph API. Microsoft Graph is Microsoft's own interface to Microsoft 365, allowing emails from Keyvision to be sent securely through your Microsoft 365 account. This improves email deliverability, ensures messages come from a trusted building or management email address, and removes the need to store or share mailbox passwords.

Improvements
Member Registration Search Retention
Member Registration searches are now retained when returning from a member profile, reducing unnecessary page reloads and making it quicker to review multiple residents from the same search results.
Advance Publishing for Special Offers
Special Offers can now be published ahead of their start date. Separate publishing, offer start and optional end dates provide greater control over when offers become visible, redeemable and expire. All dates and times follow the project’s configured time zone.
User Profile Update Logs
Dashboard users can now view logs of profile updates made by members through the mobile or web app, allowing related settings to be reviewed as needed.
Resolved issues
Contractor Reporting Counter Fix
The counters for contractors with expired licences and contractors requiring induction renewal now display the correct totals in Contractor Reporting.
Key Ordering Availability
Key types without assigned categories are now available for all users within the project to view and order through the Web App and Mobile App.
Auto-Approved Booking Notifications
Staff will no longer receive approval request emails for bookings that are automatically approved, ensuring notifications are only sent when staff action is required.
Auto-Approved Booking Confirmations
Users will now receive a booking approval email when their facility or service booking is automatically approved.
Resolved Help Desk Ticket Notifications
Users will now receive an email notification when their Help Desk ticket is marked as resolved by an administrator.
Coming soon
Development continues across several integrations and platform enhancements, including SSO mobile login, iBag dry-cleaning, SaltoKS, and Salto Space. We are also enhancing MyParcelLocker and adding support for multiple Groundfloor locker banks. Teams Calendar integration for booking screens continues to be rolled out across projects, supported by improved documentation.
Other client-facing developments include an overhaul of Event Calendar and Special Offers and Mobile App 2.2.0 with booking payments.
