Online Forms

The Online Forms feature in Keyvision allows you to share pre-made forms with your users by linking forms created in third-party tools such as Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or Survey Monkey.

Navigation

To access this feature:

  1. Open the Keyvision Dashboard.

  2. Expand Communication Management in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Online Forms.

Main View

In the Online Forms dashboard, you’ll see counters that display:

  • Total forms

  • Scheduled forms (blue)

  • Active forms (green)

  • Featured forms (orange)

  • Archived forms (grey)

Clicking on these counters will filter your forms accordingly.

You can:

  • Create a new form post using the Create Online Form button.
  • Delete multiple posts at once using the Delete Posts button.
  • Work with Drafts (save posts without publishing).
  • Review analytics in the Insights tab (total forms, clicks, unique clicks, and post types). Reports can also be exported as a PDF using Print Overview.
