[Parcels & Deliveries](https://knowledge.keyvision.com.au/member-management?hsLang=en-au#parcels-deliveries) 5 March 2026 # Parcels & Deliveries The **Parcels & Deliveries** feature in Keyvision allows you to efficiently manage, record, and track both incoming and outgoing parcels for your building. To access this feature, open the **Keyvision Dashboard**, expand the **Member Management** tab on the left-hand menu, and click **Parcels & Deliveries**. The main view displays: - **Seven counters** showing parcel totals by category: - **Incoming (blue)** - **Outgoing (orange)** - **Disposal Alert / Return to Sender (red)** - **Collected (green)** - **Disposed (grey)** - A **parcel list** with details such as building name, apartment number, recipient, arrival/collection dates, and status. Parcel status and information can be updated anytime by selecting the parcel and choosing **Edit**. Use the **Parcels Log** tab to filter parcel history by status, type, or date range.
