Updating Parcel Status

- Locate the parcel in the list and click to open its details.
- Use the Status dropdown to change it (e.g., Collected, Disposal Alert, Disposed, Return to Sender).
- If the person collecting differs from the recorded recipient, update the Collected By field.
- Add comments in Comments to Recipient when issuing alerts or reminders.
Members receive a notification automatically whenever a status changes.
