What are the Platform Pillars?
Introducing the four primary pillars that underpin the Keyvision platform.
If you have client or manager dashboard access, simply click on the project you wish to view. However, if you have project manager or staff access, you are automatically directed to your project when you log into the dashboard.
Within the projects, there are four primary pillars: Member Management, Communication Management, Place Management, and Place Activation. Each pillar is represented by an accordion button, and clicking on any of these buttons will reveal the activated features within that pillar.
By default, when you first log in to the project, you will find yourself on the member registration page. All features come with action tabs at the top of the screens, providing additional functions within the selected feature, such as reporting, insights, and additional settings.
Also at the top of some of the features, you will find large coloured counters indicating the total number of the particular feature.
Subject to your access permission levels, you will find CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) function buttons typically located on the right side of the screens.
