Work Orders Overview
In the following articles under the "Place Management", we will provide an overview of the “Work Orders” feature under Place Management.
The Work Order feature is designed to streamline and efficiently manage maintenance and repair tasks within the property, and work orders can be sent to contractors via the dashboard.
Efficiently using the Work Order feature can assist you in providing excellent service to residents and ensuring smooth operations while keeping costs under control. It helps establish a well-organised and responsive system for addressing maintenance and repair needs within the property.
To access Work Orders, click and expand the 'Place Management' tab on the left-hand side menu in the Keyvision Dashboard. Then, click 'Work Orders' to open the main view.
